High-Rise Building Inspections
 The Salt Lake City Fire Department requires all high rise buildings to be inspected once every two years. A high rise building is any building used for human occupancy at a level 75 feet or more above the lowest level of Fire Department vehicle access. The fee for this service is (see fee schedule). The downloadable checklist is used by inspectors when making the inspection. This checklist should help you prepare for the inspection. If you print it, then fill them out it will speed the inspection process for you. |
