High-Rise Building Inspections
The Salt Lake City Fire Department requires all high rise buildings to be inspected once every two years. A high rise building is any building used for human occupancy at a level 75 feet or more above the lowest level of Fire Department vehicle access. The fee for this service is (see fee schedule).
