Salt Lake City Fire Department administers an entry level testing process every two years to establish a list of qualified firefighter and firefighter/paramedic candidates. We will begin accepting names for the Interest List on January 3rd, 2012. The Written Exam will be held on Saturday, May 19th, 2012. |
Recruitment 2012 Firefighter Employment Interest List
Prior to submitting this interest form, applicants should carefully read the firefighter recruitment process.
This interest form must be filled out and electronically submitted before 4:00 p.m. MT on Friday, March 30, 2012, in order to be placed on the interest list to receive further information regarding the written exam.
By submitting this form, I certify that I meet all of the qualifications for the position as outlined on the Salt Lake City Fire Department website. Furthermore, I certify that all statements made on this form are true and complete and that any misstatement of material fact may subject me to disqualification. Prior to hire, I authorize the hiring agency to conduct a thorough background investigation.
